Sturbridge Square Apartments and Townhouses provide you with spacious floor plans to fit your needs.  We offer the little extras that provide you with comfort and tranquility.  For instance each apartment home is equipped with wall-to-wall carpeting, central heat/air, large closets, and energy efficient windows.  We even provide all the blinds throughout. Kitchens have a frost free refrigerator, full-size stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. You’ll find in each townhouse we have a stackable washer and dryer. Here at the community we have available telephone, cable, and Ethernet connections through NTC Communications. 

The two bedroom garden apartment homes have one and half bath.  The half bath being in the master bedroom.  While the three-bedroom garden apartment homes have a full size bath in the hallway.  Plus, an additional bath in the master bedroom that has a stand up shower.  If you will let us spoil you further you could live in one of our spacious townhouses and have a half bath downstairs plus, get two baths upstairs that are just like the style of the three-bedroom garden apartment baths.

The community has an on-site swimming pool, sand volleyball court, and even a play ground area here for the little ones.  You’ll find we have two laundry facilities in the community.  And in addition we are a pet free community.  Assigned parking spaces.   On-site manager and 24hr emergency maintenance.  We will even schedule appointments, and  showings after hours to fit your schedule.
