Sturbridge Square is located on University City Boulevard in downtown Blacksburg, VA. We are within walking distance of the Virginia Tech Campus, as well as the Post Office, Kroger's, and the University Mall.

Directions:

From I-81: Take Christiansburg exit 118 onto route 460, continue to the bypass. The bypass will take you past the Mall and other numerous stores, continue straight until you see the first Prices Fork Exit. (Stay left when the first Blacksburg exit forks right, off of route 460.) From Prices Fork, follow the below directions.

From Prices Fork: Turn from Prices Fork Rd. onto University City Blvd when you see Hardee's and the Four Points. Drive past the University Mall and Kroger's, as you pass the Blacksburg Post Office on your left, the next 3 turns will take you into the Sturbridge Square Complex.

From Tom's Creek: Turn onto University City Blvd. at the intersection near seven 11, stay on University City and as you continue around a bend you will see our brick buildings on the right. If you see the Post Office or Macado's, you've gone too far, just turn around and look to the left.
